True Arrow Capital Management was started in 2010 by Sam Hou and Lou Constable, who previously were colleagues at SAC Capital Management in New York. As founding managing members, Sam and Lou seeded the firm with their own capital and technical resources. Prior to their years at SAC, they had successfully managed teams at major institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Reuters. Their long track record of investment and operational experience includes having overseen global portfolios with market values totaling over $16 Billion.

Minder Cheng and Blake Grossman joined Sam and Lou at True Arrow as general partners in 2012, bringing with them their vast experience from tenures as CIO and CEO at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) and at Blackrock.
